Gathering Your Information

First, gather information about your company: the services you offer, your target audience, the purpose of your site and what your goals are.

Proposal & Paperwork

Next, I'll offer specific recommendations for your project and answer any questions you may have. Once we have a clear plan that you are satisfied with, you will receive a formal proposal that addresses all of your needs we've discussed, prices, payment schedule, and contract. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the process, after all, this is your site and my goal is to please you.

Payments

A 50% deposit is required before work is started on your project. The final 50% is provided before launching your web site.

Collecting Your Content

Next, you will provide the text, content and any images you would like to use. I will also ask you to provide any examples of web sites you like, color schemes, or any ideas you may have. Please note that any pictures or images you supply may or may not be difficult to work with based on resolution and quality. But don't worry there are thousands of stock photos that can be purchased through a variety of sites for very reasonable prices.

Designing Your Web site

Next, I will provide a rough mockup of your web site to review. You'll provide input on any changes or revisions that need to be made.

Developing Your Web site

After making your changes and receiving your final approval, your site will then be built with the final approved design, your text, content and images.

Final Approval

After your site is built, you will be able to view all pages to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. You will be able to request any desired changes and then give final approval before the site goes live.

Launching Your Web site

After the final 50% payment has been received, your web site will be uploaded to your domain, and your site will be finished and viewable for all to see!
